One Size Doesn’t Fit All HR Technology

The reality is that it often falls short, as most vendors design their software for simple task automation or one-size-fits-all processes.

A recent research project from Clarkson University on the impact of HR Technology determined that,  “Best practices will, at best, only let you perform as well as the other organizations that use them — and sometimes not even then because best practices may not work for every organization.”  One-size-fits-all solutions aren’t going to fit the needs of most organizations, especially when those organizations are looking to create a competitive advantage.
